Uncle Barn's Karaage Breader Mix - Easy Meal
- Prepare all ingredients as following ratio Karaage flour 1 cup, cool water 1 cup, bite sized chicken thigh about 500g (chicken breast)
- Mix Karaage flour well with water until smooth. Put the chicken into the batter mix, mix well and leave the mixture at least 15 minutes/ Heat up the oil while marinade the chicken until temperature around 170-180C.
Fry the chicken piece by piece to avoid clumping in hot oil until core temperature >75C, frying time around 5-6 minutes depend on chicken size. Take out and remove excess oil on the paper. Best when served hot
