Prima Taste Laksa Fried Rice Sauce

Ingredients : Heat Sterilised: Water, Coconut MILK Powder (Coconut MILK Solid, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate (MILK)) (16%), Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein), Chilli Paste (Water, Dried Chilli, Salt), Dried Shrimp (CRUSTACEAN), Shallot, Galangal, Sugar, Shrimp Paste (CRUSTACEAN) (Shrimp (CRUSTACEAN), Salt), Salt, Laksa Leaf (Polygonum Odoratum) (0.6%), Turmeric, Turmeric Powder, White Pepper, Lemongrass, Chilli, Chilli Powder.

Instructions:
- 1. Stir-fry garlic and shallots in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat.
- 2. Add 2 beaten eggs and 500g of steamed rice immediately.
- 3. Stir-fry till rice is evenly coated with eggs and is loosened.
- 4. Add Prima Taste pack and 4 tsp water.
- 5. Stir-fry till rice is mixed well and fragrant.
- 6. Optional, Add cooked chicken or fried beancurd cubes or ( fish cake, prawns and laksa leaves or dried coriander) and stir fry for another 15 seconds
